Kevin, Steve, & Susie headed up to the mountains for some fun over the weekend – spending time in the snow with family. We had a lot of fun – relaxing, playing games, eating, etc.!

Steve chillin' out in his hangout - watching DVD's & reading

This year Steve brought up his new 1000 piece Mosaic Mural puzzle. We started around 2pm Sunday afternoon and Steve worked on it until it was finished at 10pm. I have watched him build puzzles for years and have never ceased to be amazed at his skill and persistence. It was a lot of fun because Steve let us really be a part of building this puzzle and he seemed to be so happy to be hanging out with us.

What’s the largest puzzle he’s ever taken on? Miss you guys, looks like you had a great time!

I think he has done a 2500 piece puzzle. This was fascinating because he stuck with it the entire time. An 8 hour marathon! He took a 5 minute break to switch into jammies but other than that he was into that puzzle.
